Dean co-authored with his wife Linda two cutting edge books that have become classics in the field of organizational transformation: Beyond Change Management: How to Achieve Breakthrough Results through Conscious Change Leadership, and The Change Leader’s Roadmap: How to Navigate Your Organization’s Transformation. They have published over 50 articles on human performance and organizational change, and are the co-developers of The Change Leader’s Roadmap Methodology.
Dean received both his B.A. and M.A. from Stanford University. And was awarded an honorary doctorate from Brandman University for his pioneering work in the field of Conscious Change Leadership.
He lives between two ranches in Durango, Colorado. When he is not on a plane or sitting in a board room, you can find them deep in the wilderness, hiking, rafting, fishing, or playing with their dog, Nugget.
